The following moratoriums will be in effect by Public Works on the newly constructed facilities listed below. These moratoriums will prohibit any type of road or utility construction that affects the newly constructed facilities. If emergencies arise we can address those on a case by case scenario but keep in mind if road cuts are needed for emergency or general construction during the moratorium, Public Works will likely require a full depth full lane width grind, and or chip seal and or fog seal.
