Supervision & Management
Using what we call a "Containment" model, our office partners with a polygraph examiner and treatment provider to supervise, manage, and treat these offenders in the community.
Our treatment provider is Klamath Youth Development Center. Supervision and management of these offenders is enhanced with weekly treatment groups and regular polygraph examinations.
Polygraph Associates of Oregon provides polygraph services for Klamath County and has been a long standing member of this team.
Treatment & Counseling Services
Treatment and counseling services for offenders convicted of Domestic Violence is provided through a contract with Klamath Youth Development Center (KYDC).

Female Offenders
The officers assigned to this caseload provide supervision specific to female offenders. This team works cooperatively with the Klamath Crisis Center and other local providers to address female specific risk and need factors.
Enhancing Services
The officers assigned to these caseloads work with a team which consists of the Judge, Defense Attorney, Prosecutor, Treatment Providers and others to enhance services for offenders who are eligible to participate in these specialty courts.
General Cases
This unit supervises the department's general assignment cases consisting primarily of statute offenses and property crimes such as:
- Burglary
- Driving Offenses
- Drugs
- Theft
